  Base-fee per room range:
  - 1-5 rooms = R60 per month
  - 6-10 rooms = R70 per month
  - 11-20 rooms = R90 per month
  - 20+ rooms = R100 per month
  
  PLUS Room Fee:
  
  - First 10 rooms/units = R30 each per month
  - 11+ rooms/units = R5 each per month
  
  Establishments with 2 rooms or less pay annually
  (Minimum price = 2 rooms, Prices exclude VAT)

• Pricing Examples - 3 rooms = R150 (R60 + 3 x R30)
  - 5 rooms = R210 (R60 + 5 x R30)
  - 7 rooms = R280 (R70 + 7 x R30)
  - 10 rooms = R370 (R70 + 10 x R30)
  - 11 rooms = R395 (R90 + R300 + 1 x 5)
  - 22 rooms = R460 (R100 + R300 + 12 x 5)
